TENANT PLACEMENT SERVICE

Is your lease nearing expiration? We offer a tenant placement service as an alternative to full property management, (also included in our premium property management package). The fee for this service varies based on factors such as location, property condition, amenities, rental market conditions, and monthly rent. A minimum fee of $1,000 applies.

TENANT SCREENING

We understand that securing the right tenant is a crucial step. Therefore, we employ a comprehensive screening process that includes DOJ background checks, credit and debt history reviews, employment verification, and reference checks. This rigorous approach ensures that you can have complete peace of mind, knowing your property is entrusted to the most qualified tenant.

FINANCIAL REPORTING

Our cloud-based software and app are designed with user-friendliness in mind. Through your personal login, you will have access to comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports. Additionally, you will receive both emailed and mailed 1099 forms by January 31st for the previous year. The system also manages rent collection and provides tenants with a dedicated portal to request and approve maintenance, all in one streamlined platform.

MAINTENACE

Tenants can request maintenance through our app. With our network of professional contractors, we ensure that repair requests are promptly addressed and completed to the highest standards.

MARKETING

Your property will receive extensive online exposure across numerous public platforms, as well as exclusive realtor-only sites, ensuring that it attracts significant traffic and visibility.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

By keeping an up to date inventory and status of your home, we are proactive instead of reactive with any issues that may arise.

COMMUNICATION

While communication isn’t the only thing, it does mean everything. Our team is a local phone call, text, or e-mail away. We don’t like 1-800 numbers either.
